1、意思不同
near表示“在……附近”
There is a theatre near his home. 他家附近有一家剧院。
next door紧邻在…近旁仅次于紧接
She sat down next to him on the sofa.她紧挨着他在沙发上坐下了。
near door没有这样的表达
2、距离不同
near多指空间、时间上的距离；next door表示“紧靠……的旁边” 三个中间距离最近，一般指就在xx旁边的那个物体。
